Rwanda On My Radar

I have to admit, Rwanda is not a place I’ve thought a great deal about in my lifetime. It seems remote, unreachable, and also very sad. Having said that, there is an amazing project going on there very similar in idea to what we hope to accomplish, be it in another part of the world.

Inspiration In Vietnam

We have met some amazing people since starting down the power of flour path. One of those amazing people is Dr. Neal Bermas of Streets International in Hoi An, Vietnam.

Neal educates orphans, street kids, and those in extreme poverty  in English, basic life skills, and provides them with a top notch culinary education. They run the Streets restaurant and bakery in Hoi An and also go on to great entry level positions in some of the best hotels in the area. Neal and Streets are both amazing inspirations for our project.
